There is currently a measles outbreak in Brussels

Persons born after 1970 who have not received 2 doses of the measles vaccine 
can make an appointment for an extra vaccination.

Most persons born since 1986 have normally already received 2 vaccines

through Kind&Gezin (at 12 months) and the CLB (at 10-11 years).
