  • 1 consultation = 1 problem

 

How to make an appointment ?

 

How long does an appointment take?
  • This usually takes 15 to 20 minutes.

  • If you come with 2, then take a consultation for 2 people.

 

What do I bring to the consultation?
  • identity card and/or ISI+ card for children

  • list of your chronic medications

 

What if there are no appointements available?
  • New places become available every morning.

  • You can also contact our colleagues of Group practice Horizon, also located in the Bonaventurestraat, no. 50.
    They have access to your file and your GMD is also valid there.

 

What in emergencies?
  • Potentially life-threatening: call 112

  • Emergencies can be taken care of in between, preferably after a telephone report

I can not come
  • If you cannot keep your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible by telephone.
  • If you made your appointment via the website, you can also cancel it via the same site.

HOME VISITS

Come for consultation if at all possible.

 

  • Home visits are for less mobile or seriously ill patients. These must be requested before 09:00.

  • We only make home visits within walking distance of the practice and only very exceptionally!
